Private Class Notes：

  • Private class fee is only for Tung Chung, Kowloon & Hong Kong Island public swimming pools.

  • If you need to take leave, please inform the coach at least 3 hours before the class. Otherwise, it will be considered an absence, and the class fee will still be charged.

 

Group Class Notes：

  • If a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is issued 2 hours before the class, classes will be cancelled, and no make-up classes or refund.

  • Students who need to take leave are kindly requested to inform our club in advance of their class. Please note that if prior notice is not provided and you are absent, we will be unable to arrange a makeup class.

 

Toddler Class Notes:

  • An adult must accompany the toddler in the pool.

  • Toddlers must wear a swimming diaper during the lesson.

  • Class fee is not inclusive of the swimming pool entrance fee.

  • 10% off discount if two or more toddlers enroll together.

  • Rescheduling is allowed only once if the toddler is absent from class.

 

Other Notes:

  • We may take pictures during lessons for promotional purposes. Please let us know if it is not desirable.

  • All applicants' information is used in the club only and will not be disseminated to third parties.

  • Paid class fee is not refundable or transferable after successful enrollment.

  • Students should follow their timetable to swim with their swimming equipments, including swimsuits, goggles, towels and slippers (swim cap will be provided and should be worn during the class at all times), and report at the pool 15 minutes before the class according to the schedule. Students need to prepare the entrance fee and five dollars for a locker key. Parents are requested to arrange arrival and pick-up of their children on their own.

  • Students are not allowed to stay at the swimming pool after the lesson unless accompanied by their parents.

  • Jack Swimming Club reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Jack Swimming Club shall be final.
